Wow, I just spent the last half an hour clearing my cache and cookies over and over again trying to get the sign up page to work. Relieved to know it's not just me, lol.

So if you:
-create an email specifically for this game
-sign up through the AIM app
It should work. But we shouldn't have to do that........AIM sucks
